Sight key

This special tool, roughly the size of a dime in U.S. currency, is used to turn the windage and elevation dials on an AUG's or a USR's standard 1.5x Swarovski optical tube. Steyr generally shipped one of these easily-lost sight keys with each AUG, but they neglected to do so with their USRs. In any event, it is advisable to store one in the buttstock along with spare parts or a cleaning kit. Though AUG variants are not generally touted as match rifles and probably do not require more than an initial combat zero, their users may wish to change that setting according to fluctuations in ammunition types or shooting conditions.
